What do I do if I received a damaged parcel or product?Updated a year ago

Did a gorilla from schleich® Wild Life sit on your package? If you received damaged product or parcel, please contact our Customer Service team for refund.

 All product claims and damages must be must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. Refund amount is equal to purchase price and does not include shipping and handling charges. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return.
