To reset the password for your schleich® account, click Log In on the schleich® website. On the Customer Login screen, click Forgot Your Password. You can also call Customer Service at 1-833-934-1682 and have a password link sent directly to you.
To change your email address, Log In on the Schleich website. Click Edit under Contact Information on the My Account tab. We are unable to update billing information over the phone, or on orders that have been submitted.
To create a schleich® account, click Register in the upper right corner of the schleich® website. You'll be asked to provide your name and email address and to certify you are at least 18 years old.
To login to your schleich® Log In on the schleich® website. You will be asked to provide your email address and password.
