You can cancel anytime from the Subscription section of your Customer Account. Just be sure to cancel at least a week before your next cycle to avoid being charged.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-subscription?
Since there's only one plan, there's no upgrading or downgrading needed just one great box, every time.
What happens to a box that's already been billed if I cancel afterward?
If a box has already been billed before you cancel, it's still on its way to you, and the charge will stand.
Will I get a refund if I cancel right after being charged?
Charges made right before you cancel aren't refunded, unfortunately.
